While we don’t claim to be counselors, what we are very good at is equipping leaders and their teams with practical tools they can apply in the workplace to reach their goals. Furthermore, we will help you build a system that supports your people and fits your organizational culture. Program Overview:

Our People First program is comprised of 3 main elements:

1. Organizational Wellness Survey

To begin your program, we conduct an online survey with your team. This survey is designed to provide us with an organizational snapshot and gauge the key mental and emotional areas to invest in with your team. We will use the insights captured during this survey to inform our discussions throughout the program.

2. Stress Management Training

Once we complete your survey, we will deliver two 1-hour workshops with your team to equip them with effective tools for managing stress. These sessions are derived from our popular Stress 2 Success workshop, and can be delivered both in person or online. We design our workshops to be fun, interactive and practical for your team so they can start applying what they have learned right away.

3. Connected Conversations

Finally we will also conduct two 1-hour sessions that we call Connected Conversations. These sessions are done in a comfortable, informal setup, and are an open space for you and your team to talk about insights from the survey, workshop takeaways and any specific areas of concern regarding mental and emotional health. Furthermore, these sessions are conducted by a licensed mediator and facilitator who is trained to capture key insights and guide the conversation to resolution and action steps.

Therefore, you can see the breakdown for the program as follows:

• Organizational Wellness Survey x 1

• One-hour stress management workshop x 2

• One-hour connected conversation x 2

Investment:

Our People First program is priced at: $2499 + HST total, and we offer payment in installments if desired.
